The staff at this place need retraining. According to employee Winter, management is instructing the employees to patrol the... parking lot instead of having orders ready on a timely basis. My daughter placed an order and paid for it on the app. When theapp said the order was ready for pick up I drove my daughter to the store, pulled up in front of it and she went inside "to getthe order" only to be told by Winter that order was not started yet and she would not make the sandwiches until the customermoved the car????? When the customer was not even the driver. I have not seen this level of incompetence and unprofessionalservice anywhere else. Needless to say I don't recommend. Read more

Great place to eat, ???? right off of the highway, plenty of parking big parking lot big enough for rvs or campers to navigate... in. ???? Clean floors,counters, and bathrooms. ????Come see Mary for excellent customer service and help, she is very friendlyand professional. Read more
Stopped in and decided to get a meal. After I paid I tried to get some tea and was told they were out. (No sign on the tea urn).... I asked if I could get refund and just get the sandwich as I dint drink soft drinks and was told they were not authorized. Iasked to speak to a manager...there was none. Could I get a bottle of water instead? I would have to pay for it. If you aretrying to decide between eating at Subway or the restaurant next door, don't pick Subway. Read more
