They NEVER get my order right the first time. I have to stand there and give explicit instructions on how to make the drink. I... didn't even customize the thing!! Not sure if the workers are to blame for ineptness, or the franchise managers for not trainingthem on how to MAKE A CUP OF COFFEE. I have to pass this store on my way to the office, but I will now go 3 miles the other wayto the Dunkin on Wagaraw. They never get it wrong. Read more
