My mom and I stopped here for lunch before getting on the road as everywhere else was closed for the holidays. I?ve never... experienced such unprofessionalism like we had here. The tall lady who served us barely came to our table, she forgot cutlery,our glasses sat empty for over 15 minutes and she never quality checked us. The food was sub par at best and the Caesar saladwas severely rusted. We sat for 10 minutes waiting for our bill and we actually had to get up and find her to pay our bill. WhenI advised her of the salad she didn?t apologize or offer to discount the bill! When I asked her why and she said that I didn?ttell her till now. I explained she she never came to our table and neglected to quality check us so that is not our fault.Quality issues are never the guests problem and should be rectified with out a fight. She refused to do anything and even wentas far as becoming argumentative and dismissive. Save your money and go elsewhere. Read more

A little frustrating with the lack of menus (did not have data for the qr code on table)\nOnce the menu is accessed it\'s not... always accurate to what you end up with on your plate.\nBuuuuut, it did seem like a busy night and there seemed to be only onewaiter on the pub side. Read more

The food, delicious. The service is quality at its best, with that friendly feel.
Hit and miss all around on service and food. Most times service is decent, sometimes though, it\'s really bad. The food is... usually decent, but at times lacks consistency. Food is the best you ever had one week, the next its nowhere near close to whatit was the week before. But overall, it\'s ok. 3 stars, would give higher if food and service wasn\'t so inconsistent. It used to be awesome, we were excited to go back after everything being closed. And it is one of the only places currently... allowing dine-in service.\nThe atmosphere has gone completely downhill with all of the needless covid measures, but the mainchange is the new serving staff. One person imparticular was significantly worse than the others, but all were quite awful. Noattempt was made to ensure they understood what youve ordered or asked, they just assume and walk away, and when they finallyreturn, youre the rude one for trying to correct the situation.\nWe never did get what we wanted, but got drinks we didnt askfor (and then of course were billed for but when he dropped the debit machine and walked away yet again...i decided not to evenwaste my time contesting it) all of the frustration created from this made us decide to just leave without ordering food and goback to eating at home, which was rather disappointing as their food is usually quite good... Doghouse Pub offers a decent selection of local and national beers. The food menu could offer some more variety. Customer... service is a little bit slow but friendly and helpful. Prices are very decent. Opening hours are reasonable as well. Thelocation is close to the town\'s most important hotels. There are many parking spots nearby. Read more
