Ridiculous way to run a restaurant. Nothing is made to order. IF you're lucky to show up at the right time, you might get... something fresh, if it's even something you want. The food being prepared is completely up to the person working behind thecounter. A far cry from the restaurant in Spokane Valley, which makes food to order. I only give 1 star simply because they don't offer 0. I called to place an order at 1110am. I was told they don't do that go to... our web page. Your web page don't have it for our area. So I went in. I ordered 4 pretzel mini dogs. She said 20 minutes. I gaveher 30. I call and she tells me 15 more minutes. So I give her 20. I leave work to go get my order and she only has 3 readytells me 6 to 7 more minutes for the fourth one to be ready. I feel the service really needs to be talked to. The service was full of smiles and kindness...pleasantries were exchanged and appreciated. We were even offered tops for our... pretzel cups and a to go bag which I wasn?t expecting but needed. ???? The product was the reason why the full 5 stars weren?tgiven, they weren?t crisp like they usually are. They weren?t actually covered in the butter sauce. Store located at the Hayden, Id. Walmart, needs to correct their Menu. Pointed out to the clerk that she was overcharging for a... Cimmon Pretzel, she wanted to argue over what the menu meant. I pointed out she should really change the menu to describe whatshe was saying. Young girl who needs to have a attitude adjustment or at least further supervisional training. Not a big priceissue, .20 but description is description and when pointed out it should be corrected. Menus described Original and Cimmon as$3.19, other flavors $3.39. Great little place that is in the same spot as Subway in the Coeur d'Alene Walmart. Located right when you walk in. The parking... lot has ample parking as well as handicap parking. Bathrooms are part of Walmart so there is men's and women's with handicapstalls. Food is great! Whether you need a snack or a meal they can accommodate you. Friendly staff and a nice looking store withplenty of seating. If you like plain pretzels or fancy pretzels they have you covered. Read more
