Our family has been looking for a chicken and waffles place, and we found it. I also have to say this is my favorite chicken... fried steak in the valley. Fantastic service, excellent food. 1. I had the Smoked Salmon Cake Benny (pictured, with their yummy house potatoes) and it was... SPOT ON. Eggs were perfectly poached, the house Hollandaise was absolutely scrumptious, and the salmon cakes were flavorful,crisp on the outside & tender on the inside! 2. We had a group of 17 and the staff was very accommodating at seating us all together. The food came out quickly and the portions... are large. I had the classic eggs Benedict and it was delicious. Belle?s Brunch House was a great find. We were in Hayden for a spontaneous weekend away. We are always on the hunt for great... breakfast food. These guys nailed it. Simple done right. Wanted to see how the establishment was after hearing several remarks about it. Unfortunately, my hash browns were burnt. I had... to put lots of jelly on them to eat them and disguise the burn. Everything else was good. I ordered a cinnamon roll to go whenthe waiter took our orders. As we received the bill and was ready to go I didn't receive my cinnamon roll. My husband paid ourbill and we left. It was too busy to make a scene or fuss. Read more
