Came all the way to Hayden, ID to go to Silverwood and got food poisoning from Dominos that we ordered to the hotel the night... before. Spent the half the night up with a puking child. Read more

Very disappointed in this experience overall. I completely understand that business get busy unexpectedly but the way this was... handle was horrific. Trying to be as patient t as I can, I called in regards to my online order that I had been waiting for over1.5 hours for (quoted 20-30 mins), I was told that my order was next to be delivered. I waited an additional 30 mins beforecalling the store again. Then I expressed my frustrations ( as I would have not ordered if I was aware it was going to be such along wait. Thinking it was only going to be 30-45 mins max via what the app quoted me.) and all the manger could do was offer mea free 2-liter. I denied this ?discount? after being told my food was on its way (I?ve waited long enough, might as well wait 5more minutes) then received a texts saying my order has been canceled. I called the store for the 3rd time to explain that Istill wanted the food and the manger seemed too busy and dismantled to really care about my frustrations. He explained he wouldget the food out. After over 2 hours I received my COLD FOOD. When I ordered I put in the delivery notes that I did not wantanyone to knock or ring doorbell because I have people sleeping in house( I even chose contactless deliver). When it wasdelivered they knocked very loudly to and woke up baby. Normally this wouldn?t bother me but after this very negative experienceI?ve had it just adds to it. Good pizza. Pizza was hot and cut all the way through unlike some pizza places. I use the Domino's app which is our preferred... way of ordering. I like that you can earn points for free food using the app. I prefer the Hayden location because of thefriendly staff and quality food. I'm sure the other locations are good as well this one just happens to be close to our home.They brought the pizza to my vehicle. The lady asked if I would like any plates and napkins and went back inside to get them forme. Make sure you put on your 4 ways so they know you have an order they need to bring to your vehicle.
