it was great, had good staff, and was all around a good time. the time it took to get the food from when it was ordered only... took like 7 minuets, which is pretty crazy. the family size serving is huge, they stated that the family bowl should feed 5-8people, and they were not kidding. the huge serving was enough to feed 7 people easily. it was certainly worth it. in my picturei forgot to get a picture before i ate, so that is why it is nearly empty. Ive been waiting for over 40 mins for my order of chicken yakisoba and a spring roll. Its not even busy in here right now which... would be a valid excuse but thats not the case. My family and I just tried this place about a month ago. It's our new favorite fast food that is relatively healthy. The... chicken is tender and the veggies have just the right couch. Give these guys a try. The price point is very reasonable for whatyou get! Read more
Please read the prior one star reviews. I?m posting in order to share a photo of the plastic lid that was in my ?miso? soup. It... was stuck to the bottom of the bowl as I ate, so I felt immediately nauseous upon discovery. The ?miso? broth tastedsuspiciously like chicken bouillon by the way. There was also a thin ring of oil around the edge of the bowl, typical ofbouillon; not miso. The noodles were nothing special. You can buy noodles at the grocery store that have the same texture andtaste. A noodle restaurant should have great noodles if nothing else. They must have a high employee turnover because the onetaking the order had to ask the cook, (who should know the answer to a food-related question) who had to ask someone else in theback if noodles were included in the chicken miso dish. The cashier struggled to ring us up as she explained it was her firstday, but the manager wasn?t available to help her. They were not busy. We were the only customers at that time and for aboutten minutes longer. Later, when we insisted upon talking to the manager, post lid discovery, (pink hair, we didn?t see her name)she apologized as if they had merely inconvenienced us a bit (perhaps this type of thing is not unusual to them?), and explainedthat refunds are not allowed on anything. We were told: ?It?s company policy.? We asked to speak to the manager?s manager, soshe handed us a business card, went out of site and never returned. I guess that fixed everything! If you read previousreviews you will see that several people have found hair in their food. If only I had read those reviews earlier. We will notgo back. Read more

The first time I tried it, I really liked it, but was disappointed that I paid an extra $3 for extra veggies and got barely any... (I'm not exaggerating here. Maybe 3 pieces of broccoli and 1 or 2 of the other veggies), but it was good so I tried it again.The next time it was nothing but rice basically.
