It speaks volumes when you pull up to a restaurant with a full parking lot at all hours. When we walked in I saw Oscar walking... around the dining room full of life and happiness, interacting with the guests, I couldn't help but put a smile on my face inreturn. We ordered our food and sat down. After a short wait, we were able to pick up our food. Glorious flavours throughout oursandwiches and the soup was exactly what my wife was looking for. The drive thru staff was friendly and I love the dog photos on the window. However, we had issues with both sandwiches in our... order. One of our sandwiches was missing ingredients (Parmesan crumbles on the signature take chicken sandwich) and overall hadno flavor. The other sandwich (almond chicken salad sandwich) was almost frozen solid in the center. The soups were good and thedrive thru employees were nice. The two ?pick two? meals totaled around $30 and the quality of product was not worth the price.With it being drive thru, we were on our way to an event and couldn?t go inside to take advance of ??make it right? thing theyhave on their receipt. I will not be returning here. This place used to be amazing. The last couple times I have gone there I haven?t been happy. I... gave them one chance and they messed up again. I ordered a whole salad and a smoothie and spent about $20. I get my smoothie andit?s not even full and when I asked the girl at the window she said it was set to default and she was confused on her answer. Ialso asked for extra dressing for my salad and told her I would pay extra and she ignored me and shut the window and walkedaway. When she came back she handed me the tiniest container. Really not happy with the stuff that?s been happening and I hopethey get it fixed because it goes out of business. Read more
Hey so I actually work here and 90% of these reviews consist of self centered people who treat the associates like utter... garbage. Here?s one thing to remember, the whole world is understaffed. We always work as hard and fast as we can to completeyour order to the best of our ability. If you decide to cop an attitude with a teenager because the chicken sandwich is tooexpensive?you just need a hobby at that point. (First time customers) Since bread is in the title, let's start there: the bread the sandwiches were on was good. The baguette... is not knife friendly, so be careful if you go that route. The croutons on caesar salad were made of baguette--too hard to biteor stick a fork in. We ordered the family feast. We had one special request, which was ignored. The steak and white cheddarwas enjoyed, but was not impressed with size for the cost. I had the BLT roast turkey avocado: had a minimal amount of turkey,chewy bacon with hard edges, but a redeeming quality in the tomato and avocado. The turkey sandwich was okay, except the tomatoand small size. Three of the people who ate the chicken noodle soup said it wasn't bad, but it wasn't to their liking; onedescribed it as chewy. Will we be back? Maybe to try the pastries, but not for a family meal. We understand they are halfsandwiches, but without a satisfying soup/ salad to complete it, it didn't feel worth it. Read more
I'm not sure what all the bad reviews have been about but this place has been great for me. I recently moved to the area and my... TDS internet appointment kept getting delayed so I had to work from Panera for a week and a half. The morning crew was alwaysfriendly and the pastries were fresh and delicious. My lunch was always quick to the window and exactly as ordered- I felt theamount of food I got was fair for the price. One day they forgot my side of bread and I kindly asked for one and they wereapologetic and happy to provide it to me with no questions. The new kiosk ordering system is great too- if you have any dietaryconcerns you can enter that in and it will tell you if your meal has any ingredients that contain what you can't eat and if itcan be removed or if a main ingredient is in the dish (dairy in some soups for instance) and you cannot order it. Robin in thedining area is amazing! Always checking in on people and ensuring the area is clean and ready for new guests. She started torecognize me and would quickly bring me my food as soon as it popped up in the window so I didn't have to get up. I think somepeople need to be understanding to employee shortages and delays in shipments that are causing hardships on businesses.
