They have a child abuser who works in management at this location. Not child friendly store.
Placed a delivery order spending $27.22 and did not receive order for 1 1/2 hours later. Tried ordering yesterday but the store... delivered my pizza somewhere else. There was no phone call from the driver. So I called Hayden?s Papa Johns and provided myaddress. Which is same address my order from 2 days ago was delivered to. Papa Johns Brandon at Hayden took the order. Ieventually got my pizza 1 1/2+ hours later. I sent a complaint using Papa Johns App explaining what occurred. I received anemail from Janet ?R? calling herself Executive Assistant in Spokane. She offered a promo code for a FREE 2 topping pizza.However, upon efforts to use it online I received a notice, ?This store requires a minimum order amount of $15 to place anorder.? I also was required to pay for delivery in spite of Papa Johns mistakes. I have had other issues with this store severalyears ago. This business is no longer on my list for food choices. Had my order ready in 20 minutes. I love these guys. Always perfect. No mistakes, no wait. Carry out is for sure the way to go... though. Don't get delivery if you want fresh. Read more
2nd time ordering from this location this week both times ordered cheese bread and it's more like bread with butter on it no no... cheese if there was an option to add extra cheese I would do that by 2x I've noticed In the last couple of years they've cuttheir toppings back to almost nothing But the CUSTOMER SERVICE and DELIVERY It's been great they just need to add more optionsfor extra toppings or re adjust to having more toppings again Any time I have issues they will take care of them either byremaking and sending or crediting. Just an idea for the Corporate side if you guys want to Save money by changing the quantityof toppings do it like your sauce light, regular, or extra for your topping options that way everyone can get what they wantand you cut your Manager callbacks/credits out Read more
Delicious food, delivered on time, driver was extremely friendly and professional, and the one time that I did have any problems... with an order, it took one phone call to replace the pizza AND get credit for a free pizza the next time we ordered. My first time at Papa John's. And it was really good. Went over very well ( we celebrated Pi day with pizza and pie). The cheese... sticks were amazing. And I absolutely love the garlic butter sauce. Meatball & pepperoni is my husband's new favorite. Read more
So after all the hubbub the other day I decided to swing in to Papa John's last night on the way home. That is a seriously small... parking lot :-) lol Anyway, they were pretty busy which is good. When I walked in there were three people sitting on chairswaiting for their orders. I walked up to the cash register to order and the gal at the register was taking a phone order so Iwaited patiently for my turn. But in less than a minute one of the employees from back where they were making pizza saw me andasked if I'd been helped yet. When I said no she sent someone to help me. This guy was pretty clearly a driver but he did knowhow to run the cash register. Never having been in there before, I asked about the contents of one of their speciality pizzas.He had no idea:-) lol But he did the right thing and asked someone who very quickly had the answer. So good on him for being ateam player and being friendly and helpful! He told me it would be about 20 minutes so I took my seat. Pizza was up and out inmaybe 15 minutes so good on them for giving a correct time and being quick. Now, the cost and quality of the pizza. I was a bitshocked when the cost of a 14" specially pizza with one extra topping, (meat because I don't do pizza without meat:-), came to$20.00. But I've paid twenty bucks for a pizza on more than one occasion so I'm good. I get home and opened the box and I had abig peppercini on top of the pizza, which I like, so that's good. There was also something I'm going to call "Mystery GarlicDipping sauce". Ok, that part was less than stellar. Think garlic flavored margarine. I tried dipping the crust in a few times.It was easy to Chuck being a small tub so that was good ???? The pizza? Not bad. Spinach Alfredo with Chicken added. Not asgood as other twenty dollar pizzas I've had in the past but edible. All in all not a bad experience.
