I love Papa Murphy's but I called in to place an order and spoke with someone name Angie who first off sounded like she was mad... she had to answer the phone. She was very impatient and rude. I said "one moment" to her so I could ask my wife about toppingsand instead of saying "okay" she said "SIR IS THAT ALL FOR YOU" I then told her what I wanted and in a very rude voice she said"IT WILL BE READY IN 20 MINUTES " and hung up on me. It?s been a while since we?ve purchased a Papa Murphy?s pizza. We purchased our favorite Cowboy pizza, and was thoroughly... disappointed. The pizza was thinner than usual and nowhere near the typical amount of toppings. It just lacked everything thatmade it our favorite. PM cheaped out on the toppings, and killed a classic. In my opinion, this decision dropped h their pizzafrom top pizza chain to bottom. Even Domino?s and Pizza Hut are better than this current rendition. Total fail. Maybe theycould have done better with taste and quality and quantity if they hadn?t wasted all their money on rebranding and remodeling.What a waste. Read more

Im normally not one to say anything, but I had to write, it appears with the last couple pizzas I ordered it looked like corners... were being cut. Like the pic, an entire chunk was missing on more than 1 pizza. If I could give them zero stars, I would. They have messed up every order for the last six months and tonight was the final... straw. They lost my online order, then they made the wrong pizza twice. I was so upset when they finally had my order 30 minuteslater that I left without checking it. That was my mistake. They not only gave me the wrong pizza AGAIN but they gave me a largewhen I paid for a family size. When I called to complain, the manager, Tommy, interrupted me & told me they made 435 pizzastoday and they had done their best.
