Decent burgers but are you kidding me with the fries? just unacceptable for the money!
It's NOT In N Out Burger, but they sure try! Burgers are very tasty and the ability to add grilled onions and jalapenos is a... huge plus! They also make their own fresh potato chips and I have to say I loved them! Generally, I eat way too healthy to goto Rogers Burgers and I spent an hour on the treadmill at the gym after visiting this time, but if you don't mind indulgingyourself on occasion, this is a great choice for a tasty burger! We went to the Roger's in Hayden, ID. At 8 pm at night, we ordered our food. We waited for our order for over an hour. At 9:05... pm they finally gave us our order in "to-go" bags. We said we ordered to eat in the lobby especially since we had our 4 childrenwith us, and there was no way they could eat in the car. The manager told us they were closed and he was telling us to leave. Itwas such a terrible experience regarding service. I ordered their burger of the week: turkey burger on a buttered toasted bun with lettuce, tomato, cheese, bacon and ranch... dressing. Amazingly great with fries and a drink. Read more
First timers from out of town, but we will definitely be back! We loved the burgers and fries here. Even the veggie burger was... awesome, and there were grilled cheese options for the kids. I would just say that the bathrooms needed some TLC, but still 5stars cause the food was so good! Read more
Food is good.But the service was slow. Other people got their food before we did when they ordered after us. Waited 20 minutes... for two burger meals. Frys were soggy and cold my lettuce wrap was wilted and had black spots on it. Chips really thin and toosalty. Read more
I excitedly ordered the large kettle chips through the drive thru knowing they are gluten free. The order was very small, cold... and burnt. I optimistically tried a lighter colored one and the burnt flavor was strong. I went in to exchange it and wasinformed the kettle chips are made once a day in the morning and were sitting under a heat lamp. There was food scattered on thefloor, cold basket of fries sitting out, partially open neat drawers, garbage on the floor etc. And the fryer oil was burnt.They said they filter it once a day, however they did not mention changing it. I got a refund and left. My friend had a burgerand that was cold but she was hungry so ate it anyway. Customer service was quite lackadaisical. Sad as the place wasn?t busyand now that?s another gluten free option that is not available. Read more
