Worst, most disorganized Starbucks I have ever been. Staff had no rhythm or a planned station everyone was doing everything and... yet no one was getting done. I waited 15 minutes for our drinks and food. I even almost left with someone else's food. I havewaited at Starbucks with a 10 car line for drive-thru and 5 in the store and waited no longer than 7-8 minutes. And this isfirst time I have ever not given a Starbucks a 4 or 5 star review. This location was super busy on this Sunday morning, so instead of doing drive through I opted to go in and wait. I have to... say- they were ROCKING it! Constant communication within the team on who was working on which order; they acknowledged theircustomers very well, and even efficiently recommended flavors and recipes when needed without sounding too rushed to do so.
