We went to eat here at about 2:00pm on Saturday. None of the food was fresh, and that?s if it was even available. About half the... veggies, bread, and even meatballs were out. Manager seemed more concerned with baking bread they didn?t need than helping hisnew employee. Flat out the worst customer service experience along with the least fresh and flavorful sandwiches we have everhad at any Subway. Go ahead and blame it on post-COVID staffing and supply issues. That excuse is getting tired. Don?t forgetthat it was more expensive than sitting down at a full service cafe. Lastly, the manager will try to sell double loaves of breadtwisted into one big blob of bread - if you want to pay for a double sandwich on it. Very strange. Read more

I didn't want to do 1 star because sometimes it's good but the kid put the wrong chicken on my sandwich. I gave him the benefit... of doubt and asked him is that the chicken that normally goes on there? He replied annoyed and said "yes"........ there's amoderately large picture behind his head that says otherwise. You can barely hear what he's saying I could go on. The owner putup his excuse sign about increasing costs and not accepting coupons but they also never did $5 footlongs either so this has beenan issue long before increasing costs. Dishonesty is a huge red flag when it comes to food if someone pays me to I'll go back??????? I gave that place way more chances than they deserved. To the girl who color codes your sandwiches with the stickers toshow who's is who's some of the best customer service I've had you deserve to have a better employer imo get out of there asapor ask for a huge raise. My Sub was Fantastic but it should when it cost $20 for a Club w/bacon and 2 very small bags of chips.
