Walked in ready to order, but there was no clerk. Lucky us because it gave us plenty of time to see the absolute filth! A young... man finally came out and I simply told him that I would never order anything under such unsanitary conditions. His response, "Well we only serve the food in this area" (motioning towards a prep area). Yeah... whatever. Ordered 3 foot long subs. First was a meatball pretty simple right, it was toasted but still soggy. #2 teriyaki chicken it... didn?t even go along the whole sub. I asked her to please put make it all along the entire sub I?d pay for extra meat if I hadto. #3 Black Forest ham they were out, so asked for roast beef she literally only put 1 slice on the sandwich all the way down.Grand total 35.92 for horrible sandwiches. Staff was not very friendly and cashed us out before we finished our order. I went to add avacado spread and would have had to... run another transaction for it. The girl threw meat on there and didn't try to place it as usual. She didn't even cut the breadproperly. It was only us in line, so didn't have to hurry or anything. I don't know if it's lack of training or just lack ofmotivation. The food tasted fine though. Read more
So we went shopping and then stopped for dinner .. As I unrolled my sub I noticed something blue and hairy in my bun.. First... thought was mold and upon looking closer IT WAS A PEICE OF A DISH SCRUBBER!! I went up to the counter and the employee said itwas probably from the dishes and instead of remaking my sub he said "I can cut that off for you, the rest is fine" IM APPALLED! AND DISGUSTED!!! Came in 20 minutes before closing. Simply and politely asked if I could still order a sandwich. The girl in the pretzel shop was... nice enough but the blonde in the subway uniform gave me dirty looks and slammed the veggie trays back into the rack. I saidloudly and clearly without ordering that I would take my business elsewhere and that I didn't appreciate the attitude or dirtylooks. Read more
