The girls are super sweet but pricing is inconsistent. I purposely bought a cup for a family member so they can get a discount... when they bring it and every time we have to ask for the discount and it?s a different amount off. We always have to ask for abean and the girls never know what promotions are running and we have to show them every time. I don?t think it?s the girlsfault because there?s always different ones at the stand so I?m sure it?s hard to keep up with things but I think that thepromotions should be posted in the stand as well as the discounts people get so it?s easy for them to reference rather than themgiving different answers/discounts. I?m not normally a Karen about those things but I specificity asked about the discountbefore I bought the cup for my family members birthday because things like that are important to them personally. Horrible service fr. The girlies we're not vibing. The person who was at the window was just rude generally. She was like not... answering questions ,rlly passive ,and very obvious she didn't really want to be there. I mean props to her, she can b moody butstill unpleasant for the customers. Also three people working right, and me and my friend were the only people who were at theshop. We got two drinks and a oat bar thingy. Granted I ordered a cold foam cold brew which I understands takes time. It's not abig deal I'm willing to wait but I was like a little surprised to see the three of them were just like standing in the middle ofthe shop talking. A little uncool. Best customer service in Coeur d'Alene in Hayden! They're always very friendly, and the app that use is easy and connects to... credit cards making it very simple for earning rewards and paying for your purchase. They are willing to mix drinks and try newthings, which is appreciated. Prices are average and competitive with the area. Read more
Phenomenal! Sometimes I don't leave myself enough time to wait in line and I've had to drive away after waiting 10-15 min at... other places. Human bean in Hayden with Alicia who is just amazing! I go most days to see her, all the girls there are so nice!They work hard to get you through the line, very quickly! Even when there's a line I usually only wait 5 min till drink is inhand! I Love it, they have Great coffee but if your a tipper like me, carry cash. They don't offer an option for your CC, I felt... bad. Luckily my husband was able to stop back by, Great gals. The owner remembered my drink from taking my order 3 cars ahead ofme, Pretty impressive. Read more
