It's definitely not the place to have a party. My wife had planned for weeks in advance for my surprise party here. She had... informed the manager several times even up to the day of the party there would be 20 plus people there. Along with our groupthere were other patrons there as well possibly 20 or more. Management had bought in only one bar tender and 1 cooked that nightat night. I felt really sorry for these guys because they were extremely overwhelmed. Took nearly an hour to get our orders inand almost an hour to get the food out. I could only get one drink order in that night along with my group who only got one or 2drinks. Definitely not the staff's fault they did the best they could. Management needs to learn to listen and plan ahead. Read more

We really wanted to like this place as we are new to the area and reviews seemed good. Atmosphere was nice, but service was... extremely lacking. Not even an attempt by the server to smile or be friendly. Sat at the bar and waited several minutes beforeeven being acknowledged, let alone offered a drink or menu. Actually never even given a menu and looked at it on their websiteinstead. Upon getting the bill, we realized the prices have gone up from what?s posted (and copyrighted as 2023). The chickensandwich is definitely not worth the menu price and was totally flavorless despite adding the sauce (up charge). The broccoliside was actually the best thing. The wings were decent as well but didn?t come with celery as advertised (and, standard forwings). Served the food after someone who came in way after us and with no utensils or napkins. They seem understaffed, which istotally understandable, but, there were enough bad things about our experience that we unfortunately will not be coming back. Read more

Came into place with 9 friends. Barman was very rude to party member about being drunk and she was not. Later that night a... member of the party misplaced her purse. Found later in car but again very rude and obnoxious to party member. I took offenseand told him he might want to apologize to her. He told me I didn't need to tell him what to do. Then stated I needed to leaveor he would call police. For a customer based business he is not an asset. In fact he needs a new job away from the public.Never ever experienced such rude obnoxious behavior by a customer service representative of a business. Well the 9 of us aregoing somewhere else. This place had great food and very friendly service. It was empty when I went but it was right after the lunch rush had ended.... It gave me time to really look around and examine the restaurant. I like the feel the place has and its look. The food wasdelicious! Their chips they make in house along with their sauces. All their food is made in house instead of bought pre made.
