The only sandwich artist at this location the night I went (it was the only location nearby still open after 9 pm) is the sole... reason for the low rating. Zero eye contact, mumbling, lethargic - perhaps she was having a bad day - but I got the feeling thiswas her norm. Anyway, the subs were still good, but since I am not just rating the food, and with several other locationswithin a few minutes of one another, I had to separate this experience appropriately. Lots of bread. Not much meat. The shredded lettuce was spectacular but the oil and vinegar were nothing to talk about. I... think they should serve spaghetti sandwiches but not PB&Js. If we had these in the motherland, I would never have left. Atleast, not for another week or two. I would recommend this establishment to 39.735% of everyone I know. That last .735% of aperson is my uncle, Stumpy, who works as a chainsaw instructor. He also sheds the lettuce at Subway. Read more
No attempt to distance customers from one another. Tables are right on top of people standing in line. One of the staff kept his... mask on below his nose. Definitely felt like cattle being steered to slaughter. And that was all before the food. Mediocre atbest. The slices of cheese on a 12" sub. Meat was mostly overly spicy pepperoni. Ended up throwing most of it away. The reimagedSubway brand has fallen flat. Will continue going to Jersey Mike's. Read more
I attempted to place an order for my family online which would have consisted of seven sandwiches, however there is a limit to... how many sandwiches you can order online and that limit is 6. I wish I knew this prior to customizing the six sandwiches. Once Icustomized the seventh sandwich and hit the button to add it to my cart, that is when they gave the message that there was alimit on sandwiches ordered online. I ended up cancelling the order because I need seven sandwiches and wanted the convenienceof ordering ahead so I could go and pick the order up. I like Subway, but ended up going with Jersey Mike's because I couldplace my entire order online. Read more
Subway is great. I'm not saying it's the best sandwich place but I can get a good Sandwich here for sure! Also this location has... very kind staff, who, in my experience are extremely polite to the customers. So that interaction was welcoming and genuine.Thank you so much for my sandwices. The one in Haymarket Virginia has some people that have English as a second language. Which is fine but I didn't get exactly... what I tried to order even though I corrected him many times. But, I was hungry so I went with it. Read more
Food taste good and facility is presentable ( why the 2-Stars)... However, my experience with the staff (customer service)... leaves much to be desired. The staff rushes you through the--mass assembly--line like you are just another number. I wasalways taught that if the person serving your food is negative (has a bad attitude), then in essence you can inherit bad karma(i.e. Get sick). My mother in law was in town for the weekend and really loved the dominion valley neighborhood---which shethought all people and local services were great. But after eating at this subway, it put her in a unhappy state. I won't beeating here again. This seems like a common theme in many customer oriented services where they make you feel like you arelucky they are helping you. Read more
