Absolutely gross! We walked in and went to the restroom first. There was toilet paper, trash, and feces everywhere. The floors... were disgusting, customer service was super rude. I would give this zero stars if I could. After my family and I started toorder, we decided to just leave and cancel all of our orders. It was not worth it. We did tell the workers that the restaurantand bathrooms were gross, and needed cleaned. They said they were short staff and would clean when they had time. Would notrecommend. Read more
Stopped in for lunch and the restaurant was super gross. The soda machine had no ice and the cashier was super rude about... getting me and my friends ice. The bathrooms were nasty. People were waiting 20 minutes or more for their food so we ended upgetting a refund and going else where. Terrible!! Read more
Floor is so greasy you can barely walk on it. You can actually see your shoe print if your wearing treaded shoes. They need to... use a degreaser on their floor. It makes you wonder how sticky the floor in the kitchen is! I think a exhaust fan should bepulling that out, who knows? Had fish and it was ok! They need to srcub everything down the grease is everywhere. Floors shouldbe squeaky clean, not sticky slick! I think I lost my appetite of ever going there again. Read more
Went to this location while traveling. Spent 8 minutes at the window waiting for our order. Not only was not hot and freshly... cooked but they left off one piece of fish on a two piece, and the fries were soggy. The root beer was not good either. We werevery disappointed. Read more
Restaurant is a combo A&W and Long John Silvers. I live on the east coast and hadn't had LJS in years. Unfortunately my fish... was overcooked and/or had been sitting in the window for a long time. The clam strips, hushpuppies, and coleslaw were just how Iremembered...yummy. LJS was my 1st job back in 1992 so it is all about nostalgia for me. Read more
So we went to A&w today and ordered a meal and a gallon of root beer. The guy said it would take about 10 minutes to make, we... said that was fine. They pulled the ingredients out and placed them on the counter. 20+ minutes later they bring us our food,tell us that they don't have the root beer mix (which was a lie because it was sitting on the counter for twenty minutes ????).Dude does a refund. My girlfriend discovered a hole in her ice cream cup. Ordered a bacon double, lettuce and other ingredientsweren't even on the burger. No bacon. Read more

Just ordered and it took FOREVER to even be talked to in drive thru. Only customer in the drive thru or even in the building. ... No large drinks. No card machine, and didnt tell us until we went to pay. Couldn't hear her at all at the drive thru. Ordereda Pepsi and got a diet. After waiting for about 10 min for them to take our order we have waited 30 min AFTER paying for ourfood.
