It is a chain restaurant so the expectations for food are what they are. However, the customer service at this particular chain... restaurant was way above expectations. Towards the end of the meal my daughter and I went to use the restroom. I guess thestaff thought we had left and cleaned up our food. The server and manager worked quick to resolve our issue. They promptly hadfresh food made to replace the leftovers we would have taken home. I?m usually pretty forgiving of food at restaurants. My dish was just ok. My husband got ribs, and they tasted terrible. Then we... were told that the ribs always taste horrible and to not order them. Would have been nice to know that before ordering, butmanagement was kind and gave us a refund on the ribs. Read more
