It is a chain restaurant so the expectations for food are what they are. However, the customer service at this particular chain... restaurant was way above expectations. Towards the end of the meal my daughter and I went to use the restroom. I guess thestaff thought we had left and cleaned up our food. The server and manager worked quick to resolve our issue. They promptly hadfresh food made to replace the leftovers we would have taken home. It was a pleasant experience after a long long day on the road and a short walk from hotel. Very nice service from Natalie. ... Was not real hungry but had some appetizers on the happy hour menu and they were very tasty. The facility was very clean aswell. Read more
I?m usually pretty forgiving of food at restaurants. My dish was just ok. My husband got ribs, and they tasted terrible. Then we... were told that the ribs always taste horrible and to not order them. Would have been nice to know that before ordering, butmanagement was kind and gave us a refund on the ribs. Read more
The service was almost non existent. We sat for almost 15 min before anyone came to even check on us. I would normally think... this was due to a busy day, but there was only like 10 tables total and what looked like 4 servers. The only saving grace wasour server once they finally sent one to see us. She was amazing! Fast remembered everything and made sure we had greatservice. Maybe it was an off day with new ppl on staff. Idk but I'd only go here again if we got the same server. Read more
Friendly, helpful Waiter. Living in a county w/NO restaurants that serve alcohol, it was a tuity, fruity, frozen treat! (Plenty... of choices beyond ???? beer, wine, tequilla.) Excellent, ????, fresh, tasty food. Recommend 2 for $30, 2 for $__. Largeportions so we had leftovers. Left my To Go cups & box on table while I went to BA. Came back as staff cleared table, walkingoff w/my items. Couldn't catch her in time. They were too efficient! There went my supper. Read more
