After church, I went to get lunch on October 2, a Sunday, and I placed a decently sized order. I don?t know if the workers in... the back heard my order before it went up or something but I literally just paid and my order was sitting there. I wasabsolutely shocked. Absolutely gobsmacked. Stopped by for lunch on a road trip and tasted a wonderful Cajun-fish wrap that made the last 6 hours on the road a bit more... bearable. Thank you Arby's for that little bit of goodness. Food: 9/10 Wonderful flavor, perfect combinations, just one bump:unevenly spiced meat. That's the only hiccup! Service: 8/10 The food was prepared quickly and calledcorrectly. Always good. Try the Greek Gyro with their horsey sauce... It's my go-to, along with a jamocha shake. Nice change from burger... joints. This one was clean and the manager inquired about our service and food. Nice. Read more
My family and I stopped here for lunch on a trip across the state. The food was very good, and most employees were friendly.... After placing our food order we went to the dining room to find a table. Not one table was clean, and we had to ask for cleaningsupplies to clean and sanitize a place to eat. The manager quickly came out and began cleaning tables himself. Later, we saw himemptying the overflowing trashcans as well. I hope he was headed to the restrooms next, because they also needed attention. Thewomen's restroom needed a broom and a mop as there was toilet paper scattered about in several places and urine on the floor.There was stool on the inside of the toilet. My guess is that like many businesses, they are short staffed. However, we were notthere during the lunch rush, they were not extremely busy, and by this time in the afternoon surely someone could have beguncleaning things up. There was only one person at the register taking orders and a few of the kitchen staff seemed to be standingaround. Read more
I was excited to try their new mac n cheese. It was inedible. I took ONE bite and threw it away. It tasted like the cheese... had gone bad. It wasn't even heated all the way through. I'm relieved I didn't get sick. Sorry for the rough review butpeople need to know. Read more
We were greeted with a friendly smile and prompt service. Our food was out within a few minutes. Delicious beef and cheddar!... Although they stopped serving potato cakes, the curly fries are always a win. I love Arby's in Hays. Consistent with the smiles,delicious food and great customer service! Definitely going back soon!!
