Pulled pork and baked beans were very good. The brisket and ribs were not great at all. Brisket was tough and slightly rubbery.... The ribs were just plain gross. I would go back for the pulled pork and baked beans but nothin else. Read more
This is one of the best BBQ places I?ve tried. Ribs were so moist and flavorful and sausage was delicious. The sides were... amazing too. I really enjoyed eating here on our way back to CO. Would definitely come back next time we head out to KS. Read more

Being from Texas I feel like I know bbq. I am giving this meal 4 star versus 3 due to the fact it?s in Hays Kansas. Overall the... staff was great and location extremely clean. The meat unfortunately could have basically come out of an oven and called bbqsince they include sauce with it. Price was basically $20 for the meal and drink. I came by while traveling across Kansas and looking for a locally owned restaurant to enjoy a break form the car. I ordered a... loaded baked potato with brisket. The options of barbecue sauce is original, smoky, or spicy. I'd love to see a sweet option,but settled for the original. The baked potatoes was ok, but could use more sour cream and cheese.
