I am a regular at this location and overall it's decent. Probably the only place in Hays open 24 hours. I've had a few old/cold... orders but mostly good 9/10. Breakfast starts/regular menu ends at 3am as of writing so be warned. Is it too much to ask for aburger and hash browns lol. Staff has always been very good, If I had to wait, the food was better than usual. Occasional extraketchup on the burger. The one time I got it breakfast was good but no burger availability. Folks the frozen french fries are REAL and STILL exist. I made a separate order of med fries and it went straight to the trash.
I am absolutely disgusted with how bad this place had become! I hadn't eaten there in years and was so excited for chicken... fries, a chicken sandwich and medium onion rings and I got close to nothing in my onion rings and some very cold chicken friesand sandwich. I will not be going there again. Then I called management and they remade the whole order which I thought was sonice but then its cold and disgusting again but this time with missing items. Everytime I come here I get either stale or soggy burgers everything is a 20 to 30 min wait there is always 1 or 2 people... working at all times and the parking lot and drive through is all busted and trashed including the menu board. This place shouldclose down this place disgraces burger King as a whole. Read more
I have to say the night shift workers are awesome they wasn't rude or disrespectful in anyway and I got my drink in a timely... manner. I have to give a round of applause to the two men that was working tonight they where awesome. I have nothing bad to sayabout this burger king everytime I go there my order is always right never once has my order been messed up and I've always gotmy orders in a timely manner and the food has never been cold. I have to honestly say this is one of the best burger king's I'vebeen to despite what everyone else says I love it. After taking 15 minutes to make it through the drive thru, you can expect to wait another 30-40 for your food after they have... you pull around. If you?re busy, choose anywhere but here. (for reference, i ordered 1 order of chicken nuggets & a bacon cheeseburger.) Read more
