This Domino's has been knocking it out of the park for quite a while now. Everything I've ordered has been fresh and delicious.... The staff have always been friendly. One time, my pizza hadn't arrived after an hour of waiting which was very abnormal. Aftercalling in, they baked me a new one and I was eating a slice 15 min later. Try the thin crust. Read more

Pizza was as expected, nothing special. Some slices were bigger than others so obviously not center cut. Cookie brownie was... good. Our issue was that we were initially directed to a call center, which I am not appreciative of. This will affect yourquality of service and you likely have to issue coupons and a ton of remakes because your call center guys have never worked aday in the shop and are extremely high-bent on upsales that do not make sense, and they do not know how to ask the questionproperly, granted the nature of the coupon. If you can transition back to the model of the people closest to the pizza takingthe calls and paying your employees enough, then you won't have to deal with all the corporate phenomena that sinks yourbusiness from the bottom up. Pro tip: take the call center away. Right before my order was actually placed, the line cut out,after a total of 11 minutes dealing with this service rep putting me on hold to "process my order" and sending me to thisconvenient little system that prevented me from having to say my card number and security code. Went online to order and it tookabout one minute. not gonna be ordering Domino's in Hays, KS anymore. Read more

They have great gluten free crust and fast and friendly delivery! Be aware of their phone system. They just switched to an... operator-based call center system which directs calls for orders abroad. If you ask to speak to the store, it says there aretechnical difficulties and hangs up. Order online when possible! They have a great rewards system! Read more
