Alright. Love it. Good food good ice cream. Terrible staff. Please figure out training. I should be able to order "ABC ice... cream" and receive "ABC ice cream". Last several times I have gone in, I will say one thing, which by the way I am saying itjust as it is printed. And then receive something completely different. We came in behind a buss load of kids on a Saturday night and it was hectic and very busy. The staff did a great job taking... care of everyone and remaining courteous. Neal and Noah were both outstanding employees. Noah took our order, he was helpfuland polite when taking our order and was taking out the trash when we left. Neal helped me with getting us napkins and lidsfor our milkshakes. He was refilling condiments and cleaning the lobby. Interacting with the customers and just doing a greatjob. There were other employees that I noticed doing a great job also a female behind the counter that was very kind to thekids as she handed out orders. Most of the workers there that night were teenagers, with such positive attitudes and were hard working. Unfortunately, the... younger customers there were rude and loud and weren't listening for their orders, and got upset with the employees and madefun of them. This is a great Freddy?s location. I had a craving for ice cream and arrived a few minutes before closing. I was in the mood... for an ice cream sundae with a brownie and the server quickly accommodated my request before they closed. The brownie sundae wasdelicious and definitely cured my craving. Went there after my scholars bowl meet and tried it for the first time. Ive heard good things about it but that was my first... time having it.
