Food was delicious. Service was great however this Long John silver's is really showing its age. Only three people working in... the restaurant and they did a really good job about getting everybody their food so I got to give them props on that. I wouldmost likely hear again if and when I'm out this way. Read more
This place should close their doors. They are so frickin slow. Also they are rude. I have tried like 5 times just to go thru the... drive-in. Sat and waited 10 mins. Nobody moved in the line. Each time I have backed out and spent my money at a place whoappreciate customers. Read more
If I could give this place a ?0?, I would. Sat in drive thru for 30 minutes. Only one other car in drive thru. Ordered... Fish-Chicken-Shrimp platter with fries and Cole slaw and an extra piece of fish. Said it would take extra time because theywere making it ?fresh?. Got home and found that I didn?t get the extra piece of fish as well as no hush puppies or Cole slaw. The ?fresh? chicken was dry as a piece of wood. I live out of town so I didn?t want to drive back. Save yourself the money andtime and do not bother visiting this establishment. Read more
I wish I could give it zero stars. We waited at least 40 min for our food and when it came out it was inedible and the order... was wrong. We wouldn't have waited but she took our money, cash because they don't take cards, and never came back to thewindow. The car behind us left after ordering and we told another car that pulled up to leave because of our experience. Thefish was cooked so long it was small and flat! Nothing like stopping on a 9 hour car trip to get horrible food and having to bein a car for 40 extra minutes. Read more
Do not go here!!!! Terrible service!! Staff refused to help !! Closed the lobby so no one could come in. Was pulling a trailer... so couldn?t pull through the drive through. So I stood out by the order box for 20 min. And no one would talk to me. Cars werelining up behind me. So I went to the window and they walked away from the window. After 10 more minutes someone finally cameand said they can?t serve us. Rather than coming and letting us know they had us standing outside for 30 minutes with carslining up behind us. We went to Wendy?s and they served us no problem with the same issue of having the trailer unable to pullthrough the drive-through. Do not go to A&W! Read more
I've been looking forward to long John's for a week but store is usually closed by 5. Finally got it today! I was so excited!... Then I opened the box. Food looks like it's been sitting around for several days and can't tell the difference between the fishand chicken. They just need to shut the doors! Read more
There was not many people in the restaurant, but service was pleasant and the food was good.
