They gave me food poisoning, was violently ill 2 hours after eating here, woke up vomiting violently and for the next 24 hours... couldn't get out of bed. Tried to call snf the phones wouldn't pick up, day 3 called and was told the manager would contactme....she didn't. Called 2 more times to shift managers who again said she'd reach out, never did. Then I get a call from theirinsurance company. They told me they'd be emailing me something. Never did, they basically figured I didn't go to the hospitalso they were in the clear so disregarded my call and concern. I then wrote to them and again was told the franchise owner wastaking it serious and they'd contact me. Nope, just another insurance person who said they'd email me but was quoted to say, nohospital, no receipt (didn't give me one) and stated I have no evidence. That was the last contact. They poisoned me and didn'teven offer as much as a refund. Once they knew i didn't go to the hospital they left it at that. They don't care and will likelymake you very sick as well. Steer clear. We had a great experience here this evening. We didn?t dine in - we used the drive through. The workers were very professional... and polite. The food was hot and fresh. No complaints! Read more
I was passing thru here a few weeks ago . I never eat fast food . But I remember as a kid the quarter pounder with cheese .... Stopped here . Place was spotless . Super clean . I saw all the cooks had gloves on and washed hands a lot . Food was good .I?ll be back when I pass thru again . Great job management keep up the good work Read more
The most important part was the play place was open!! And when traveling this is sooooo important. It was also a super cool play... place my kids were happy! The food was also great and came out fast! So fast I was surprised when it came out! Oh almost forgotit was very clean I have been in McDonald's that are not but this one I was happy to let my kids play because the bathrooms,seating area and play area were all very clean! There employees are rude and will close the window on you in the drive thru and then laugh at you when you asked a question and... the manager was rude also. Will never eat here again. Very rude people. I have worked for McDonald's myself and had never had myemployees act like this. Oh wait there are teenagers you will say and do was the ones under me and they didn't act like they arebetter then anyone else. I am also ex Army and I would never let my kids act like this. I love the food here, the employees and mananger are really nice.... I love how they keep everything clean. I would eat here... everyday if I could ?? I am not a big fan of McDonald's, I never was nor I will ever be, but when you are in the middle of nowhere Kansas, it becomes... the golden arches of tastiness. If you are traveling with kids, even real little ones the play place is an Oasis in the desert. Food is fine, staff friendly... enough. But the play place gives it a dominant 5-star as a parent of small children. (gas is also right next door so you can runyour stop very efficiently if needed) Read more
