-updating 2 years from the comment below. They had 6 plus cars with more pulling up at 9:58 and they decided to close a hour... early than the 11pm posted. I?ve had online orders canceled and say it?s closed and then they are open in person and this willhappen HOURS before closing. Really hope they can get this figured out. There?s not many places here to eat let alone any thatgo past 10:45 pm? Goes from being 24/7 to now looks like 8-4. Never see any signs of why this time has changed, no constructiongoing on. I was coming to the end of my burger and saw something blue. Feels like plastic. Hopefully that was the only spot there was... plastic and I didn?t eat it. Now I will have to look at a McDonald?s burger every time I get one. Read more

I have not been happy with the South Vine Street location here in Hays. The last three times I've been there has not been a... good experience. I ordered one of their deals on the phone app. I ordered using my points that I had accumulated. However whenI arrived at the drive up I gave him my code and they had my total on the board. And it should have been a lot lower in priceand I said something to the gentleman. He said they would take care of it at the drive-up window. When I got to the drive upwindow she gave me my total and I said I'm using my points. She then proceeded to let me know that the app was not working andtherefore I had to pay full price. I won't tell you about my second visit there it's too long. However this third time I went Ihad ordered a coffee with a breakfast sandwich using their app again. When I got to work I enjoyed my sandwich. I was enjoyingmy coffee until I took the last gulp and ended up with a mouthful of coffee grounds. And if anyone has ever experienced thatbefore it's not fun to have all those little beads inside your mouth. I was not happy. I've contacted McDonald's on the apptwice now concerning my orders and have received no reply. Read more

As McDonalds go this one seems to run fairly efficiently. The crew is friendly and seem to enjoy their work and working... together. This is a clean store with food that is almost always very tasty and served hot and fresh. The coffee is definitelyup to standard. Only four stars b/c of the few times I was served food that was although tasty either lukewarm or of slightlylower portion/quality. Also the person taking the order has failed on a few visits to ask whether I would like certaincondiments that are usually offerred. Read more
