When placing an order and setting a future time to pick up I thought I would be the Ahole and not be there on time, boy was I... wrong. I dont want to give a 1 star but wow mistakes were made. The staff is friendly, the pizza is amazing. Quick delivery and easy online ordering. I would highly recommend.
I wouldnt stop in their again. We waited for over a hr for 5 bread sticks and a medium pizza. At the point the lady dressed in... black came out and asked what we even ordered. We informed her, waited another 15 minutes and she came back again and informedus that they were really backed up. I informed her that we had been waiting for over an hour and her face was shocked. Withinthe next 15 mins she had our food out. But in the 2 hours we were their we got to observe that dine in tables were not cleanedoff. Empolyees were eating food while at work and still placing orders and taking out food. I have worked fast food before, andim sorry if your eating you should be on your break and after returning to work should wash ones hands. The worst thing was attime of ordering we were told their were no fountain drinks. Was okay with it, whatever but not even 5 minutes later an employeewalks out and refills his own cup from the fountains. Meanwhile after our long wait my bottled soda i got was hot, my daughterswas hot and my wifes was hot. So far all the pizza huts i have been to have been terrible. Oakley, wakennee and hays. I ordered a taco pizza to go, the guy at pick up window was extremely rude. I drove 20 miles home to open my pizza not only... was it burnt it had very little cheese and no lettuce . I called the pizza hut and the guy told me they were out of lettuce andthere's was nothing they could do! I will never be back! Read more
Called in a pick up order. Guy that answered was sarcastic and rude. Pizza was done and hot at pickup and looked amazing! First... piece tasted amazing too! Then I went to grab a second piece iand it was connected by a bright red hair to the 3rd piece! Sogross! Restaurants need to be using better hygiene and really watching this. Ruined a great pizza! The staff Alexa was very kind and helpful. I had donated 20 pizzas to my childrens graduation party/dance. I went in person to... make sure i placed such a large order correctly and was going to be delivered to the correct place at the proper time. I askedabout getting my reward points for this extremely large order. The staff said ?I?m sorry I can?t get a receipt right now?.However, I went back in a few days later she was able to print a receipt out for me and gave me a phone number to call customerservice to ask that the points to be added. Cundomer service said the points weren?t added because they didn?t have my phonenumber or my name. I sent a copy of the receipt circle the top in red that has my name in phone number on it. That is how Iplace the order in the first place. Due to the fact that I ordered 20 pizzas and paid for them personally I thought it would benice to have a few extra reward points to use in the future. That being said, customer service refuses to give any pointsbecause they have my old home landline phone number listed, it?s been disconnected for probably five years. Even though all ofmy information is at the top and is correct with my app they refused to give me any points. I guess I should?ve never gone andordered in person with the Pizza Hut staff. I?m sure the pizzas were good but the service and customer service, that is noteven located in Hays, is even worse. I?m no longer going to be a Pizza Hut customer, I can call dominoes and go there and theycan make it right no matter what every time! Very disappointing that they are not willing to give me the points for spending$200 plus on pizzas for the special occasion. This hut used to be great. Now it?s subpar. Always late, routinely forget items, etc. Now they use door dash(which sucks), and... won?t include cheese and peppers. This last order will be my last order. They were 15 minutes late, which I can?t understand. Iordered 4 hours in advance. Pizza was lukewarm. Take my advice, order Casey?s, domino?s, anyone else.
