Stopped at this Qdoba while on a road trip. Terrible experience. My food tasted ok but was cold. Hubby could not eat his, as he... was concerned with cleanliness. They were not very nice to my wife and they pretty much made the burrito like a taco. No wrapping the tortilla at all, just... piled all the toppings on with no attempt to wrap it except they wrapped it in foil. So when the foil opened a bit the toppingswould spill out. Read more
Very filthy location with residue from the menus dripping down on the prepared food ingredients. Unattended meat on the grill... not being cooked. Change machine didn?t return my change and cashier was disgruntled about giving me my change. Get a newmanager asap Read more
seems to give you less portion size than Chipotle. But good food especially when you're on the road. Nice to have something... healthy and fresh. Otherwise Chipotle Qdoba pretty close to being the exact same thing. This particular location is not alwayscleaned up as it should be as of lately. Read more
Your typical Qdoba but with great staff. The manager appeared to be a great leader, directing his team but treating them with... respect. The manager and other staff interacted well with the customers, making it a fun and welcoming atmosphere. When oneguest's child became fussy in line, the manager quickly asked if they could get them their kids meal drink before they ordered.The family looked relieved and the child immediately calmed down with milk in hand. That one simple act made the experiencebetter for the child, their family, and all the guests who didn't have to listen to a fussy little one. Read more
Very busy and only 2 workers behind the counter and a cook. Very disorganized. They did have a person checking the trash cans... which seems like a total waste when they needed help behind the counter. Pop flavors mostly out. No cup lids and the counterwas so busy I hated to ask for a lid but I had children and didn't want a mess to clean up with no one to help. So I asked theguy checking trash for a lid and was told "that's not my job!!!" Which I responded "well its not mine!!" Not the bestexperience. With so many options there needs to be more than 2 counter workers during the busy time. Read more
Zero stars if possible. Had three high school age kids behind the counter. I was the only one in line and it took 10 minutes to... from start to checkout. Food was placed with lids to go and the cashier didn?t even bag my food. Had to ask for a bag and gotattitude. Food was shoved into bag and when I asked for a receipt I got even more attitude. Instead being polite and placing thebag on the counter he decided he would just drop it instead. Customer service isn?t for everyone and these kids need bettertraining.
