Really great facility. One of their ordering booths in the play area needs fixed tho. Waited 20 minutes before realizing it... wasn't just because they were busy and we had to use a different one. Otherwise they were fast and friendly. Read more

My company gave them a second try for a bulk order of burritos, after they called an hour early the last time we ordered and... expected us to pick them up then or have them sit, for our monthly meeting. This time, I showed up a few minutes early and wasreceived with attitude for being early. Then they proceeded to get them done 30 minutes late, when our meeting was started. Weorder days to weeks in advance. Plenty of time to plan. Very disappointed in the attitudes and lack of preparation. Our ordersare pushing $400.. this isn?t a small inconvenience. Read more
Fast, fresh, efficient carhops. Staff is friendly and got my order correct 1st time. Wait time at window seemed non existant.... Meat and cheese breakfast burrito and soft pretzel twist were fresh, so good, and served hot! The lunch menu at this sonic isstandard. The food is exceptional. Used the app to order. Didn't have to wait long. Food was yummy, as usual. Fries weren't very fresh but they were still good

I hate to give my favorite Sonic such a low score but service has been horribly slow. Expect 10-30 minutes to get your order).... The day shift is awesome but the afternoon/evening shift is rough. I had ordered ahead on the app. I checked in. It went throughand then was cleared bc Daniel never brought it to me. So, I pushed the red button like you are supposed to do. I get a rude,short response of "stalls closed use the drive thru". I could barely understand what Daniel had said. (I know this fella fromprevious sonic stops which have all been awful when he is working. Maybe it's a coincidence.) I pushed the button and had anemployee answer politely, like you'd expect for fast food. Thankfully she brought me my drink (I was only 10 feet from thedoor). I understand the workers are not staffed appropriately and it was just for a drink but to wait 20+ minutes for a drink isridiculous, and then to be spoken to and treated like that. If I had known the length of time and rudeness I would have justgone somewhere else. In fact I refuse to go there after day shift leaves. Read more
