Frappe came out watery and my whipped cream was melted
Amazing service, I will always come back. I skip the other starbucks in town just to come here. They've always been... accommodating and helpful and friendly. I wish they had a tip jar. I've NEVER had an issue here. Been going for 1 year and ahalf. Read more
Starbucks is Delicious! Staff still can't follow simple requests... Mocha Frappacino, typically whip cream on top, kinda hard... to enjoy personally with it being last to the beverage. I request whip cream on the bottom. Even written on the cup, andspecially told to the person making the drink... Still... Puts it on top and bottom, or just on top. 1 out of 3 visits gets itright per request. Aside from that, typical great tastes and decent visiting spot. Kinda busy to read in a truck stop. We were in the drive through for 20+ minutes. Once we got up to order, we asked how much longer it would be, they said 5... minutes. It was 10+. The drink wasn?t good. Definitely not worth the wait. There was no heat sleeve on the cup. The staff wasn?tfriendly. I?d recommend going to a different location. Read more
Friendly staff. However, since the store just recently opened most of the employees do not have as much barista experience under... their belt when compared to other baristas at other Starbucks locations, which can make wait times longer and increase thechances of them making a mistake on your order, so just be aware of that. Five Stars when anybody but Kaitlyn is there. One when she is. She is unfriendly, short, seems real put out by having customers.... She throws all the food out by 6:30 sometimes, and turns the lights out at an hour before closing time. It's almost comicalwatching her. We have been there the last two days around noon, and the two guys working, have it going on. They are friendly,courteous, and fast. Perfect for what one expects from Starbucks! Read more
I just want to give a shout out to the employee's. They have always been great to us. When I moved to Hays 1 1/2 yrs ago. It... only took a few visits before they knew exactly what I wanted. I would grab the expresso beans and they knew how I wanted itground before saying anything. They have had a small issue with their grinder but they made it more then right with me.
