Im not one to complain, or write reviews really, but I paid $14.89 for a sandwich..ordered the turkey cali fresh..with turkey,... bacon, avacado, lettuce, extra tomatoes, light onion, and fresh mozz. with sweet onion sauce..There were no tomatoes, noavacado, and no fresh mozz cheese! And so much sweet onion sauce that I could have rang the sandwich out like a rag! GROSS. Icalled the store and they apologized that they were out of tomoatoes, and fresh mozz and apologized for not putting the smashedavacado on..and said that i could come in and he would remake it..i said can i wait until you have tomatoes, fresh mozz and allthe right things that i would like on my sandwich..he says umm no it will have to be remade to day or we cant do anything. Okcool..threw my $15 wet rag sandwich away..and wont go back! Ordered through the app..app doesnt tell you if they are out ofstock of everything! Read more

The sandwich I got was okay. I asked for light onions and got a ton but easy to deal with. The girl working the counter was kind... of rude though. I ordered through the app and just figured my sandwich wasn?t ready because it wasn?t on the pick up rack. I wassitting waiting and the girl was looking down while addressing me so I didn?t know she was speaking to me. We made eye contactand she spoke softly so I said I have a mobile order and she rudely rolled her eyes and said ?yeah, NAME??? I told her and shesaid ?it?s up here.? Like okay?? This was my first time at this subway. I usually go to the other one in town. This one wasjust convenient this time. Not a good first impression so I?ll just continue going further across town from now on to avoid theattitude. Read more

My wife made a mistake ordering online and had paid online when I got to the store and ask them to void the order so I could re... order correctly they refused to void the order because she said it made them look bad. Well I will not use either subway inHays any longer I guess a bad review for them is better then voiding an order in which an honest mistake was made and treatinga customer poorly is how they do business. We placed our orders on line and paid for them online, when they were done we received a very rude phone call from the store... staring that it was very unusual for us to order our food and not pick it up. The guy that answered the phone when I calleddidn't even know the address to the store he was working at. When we picked up our food the people were rude to us. SO VERYUNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! After we were halfway home I checked my sandwich, IT WASN'T HOW I ORDERED IT ONLINE. Read more

The general manager has bias opinions, she doesn?t like people that are different and makes sandwiches with too much dressing... sauces, she also talks behind people?s backs while your in the store. The other staff are very respectful. All in all a goodplace besides the general manager. Read more

One of the staff was very rude to my mom and I as we were trying to order a salad. My mom didn't want meat in her salad and the... lady didn't seem to understand and was very irritated at the minor request of a plain salad no meat with just vegetables. Theemployee smarted off and talked back with a very rude tone. Plus, I don't know if they double charged her or what, but her saladwas 13 dollars and it wasn't even filled up halfway. Salads are normally 6 to 7 dollars. $22 with tax it was about $23 for afootlong and a salad and one drink. They didn't get our receipt. When we got out there and realized we didn't have our receipt,we had no interest in going back in. I asked for my sandwich to be heated not toasted, and they toasted it so the bread was hardand crunchy instead of warmed like I like. Go to the walmart subway, they are much better service. We had a last minute large order and this subway went above and beyond to accommodate us. Our synchronized swim team came in and... filled the restaurant. The staff was wonderful and so was the management. Thank you, Rocky Mountain Splash Synchronized SwimTeam. Read more
