I understand food service is going to be slow during a pandemic, but if you wait 10 minutes at the window while multiple... employees are standing around then the absolute least you could do is make sure that the nacho cheese is present for the onething I ordered. The staff is incredibly nice, however the food was not worth the wait. Do better. Read more

I feel as if the line should slow down and take their time while making people?s order. Very messy/sloppy and an abundance of... sour cream compared to the rest. Yes you can get orders out to people super fast but is it good quality food? disappointing. Read more

This place is amazing for catching up on emails! Just get in line, you have at least 45 minutes to check up on whatever need.... Then maybe, if your lucky you'll get some cold food that is different than what you ordered. Also, don't look in the kitchen.Ever. You won't want to eat anything for a few days. Read more

I traveled 2 hours just for Taco Bell. The woman working the cash register was amazing. I got my food fast and for once correct!... I loved it. This experience made my long trip worth it! Read more

It took from 12:37pm till 1:11pm to get 12 tacos and 6 Chipotle chicken wraps. Food is cold. I paid $41 for cold food. The... manager said I don't care either to the customer or to her staff. Then after we placed our order while waiting she then begangiving free meal coupons for people that ordered right after us. Avoid at all cost. There's better options in hays for cheaper. Read more

Taco bell here is a joke. Never seen a taco bell hour in hour out take so f?ing long. If you want fast service, go quite... literally ANYWHERE else. What a joke. 6 chimpanzees could make a restaurant go faster. Read more

terrible service. greeted with ?welcome to taco hell? and when i asked for no lettuce on tacos they replied ?you don?t want any... rabbit food.? very unprofessional. later got to the window and the lady at the window was very rude and the second girl whohanded our food out threw it into my car. very disappointed as i have never received such bad service. got our food and our foodwas cold. went back through and they asked what they wanted us to do considering they were closed. as a manager you don?t makethe comment you?re closed and there?s nothing you can do considering we were here before closing time. You. Will. Wait. (... and wait.) As of today, the dining room is open only as staffing allows. I'm guessing that dining room... hours don't include dinner much because we're always in line in the drive-thru (you'd think we'd have learned by now). Nothingspecial here; pretty run of the mill Taco Bell. However, if Bell is what you crave, do yourself a favor and order ahead on theapp. This place is understaffed and these folks are doing the best with what they have, so make it easier for them- Order aheadand the service will be better for you as well.
