Over all my family and I enjoy coming back to Thirsty's for a special time out or a get together with out of town family. Great... atmosphere, food and drink. Tonight I ordered a chicken fried chicken, which I have had before, and found out they changed it.However, our server Edgar went above and beyond and exchanged it for the chicken fried steak. We went here twice it's so good. Tristan was our waiter, and when we told him the next day was.our wedding anniversary, he... promised us a free dessert and a great steak. He delivered on everything he promised. The New York strip was amazing, and at17.99 for a 14 OZ steak is an amazing price! I?ve eaten here a few times over the years, and it?s what you?d expect. Food is just fine, even good for some dishes. Wide menu.... Decent beer selection. Pretty loud and raucous inside, especially at night. Not the best food or the best beer in Hays, but youprobably won?t regret coming here. Read more
