They were really busy today when we stopped by. The line inside was long but we used the kiosk to skip the line. Our food was... ready in a few minutes and was nice and hot. There was a sign that said they were out of lettuce but we were happy to findlettuce on all of our sandwiches. Read more
There was some corporate or franchise owners there when I visited. The lobby was sorta clean but had jam on the side of the... trash and there was dirty areas of the floor that could have been addressed. The soda machine had drinks out of stock and no onewas addressing that issue even when i pointed it out. You?d think people would be on the ball with corporate there. Thecorporate type managers were in the lobby bad mouthing prior employees. I felt this was very unprofessional. Read more
Swung in for breakfast this morning. The gentleman told us there was a 4 minute wait for hit chicken. When he handed us our food... he said I made you fresh potatoes too. The food was perfect and his demeanor made for a pleasant experience. Thank you! Read more
We stopped in for lunch on a Saturday at noon, and it was VERY busy. The folks working the counter did the next they could to... get the food out quickly, though. The place was clean, but the restrooms did need attention. Food was reasonably hot and fresh.Mobile ordering worked well, although their mobile order screen was broken. Pretty sure we got food poisoning or something from eating here. All three of us got sick within 24 hours after our stop, NOT... fun when you are traveling. I think it was the mayo because it was the one common denominator between all of our meal items. Weexperienced classic food poisoning symptoms. Best Wendy's possibly in America! They have leather chairs, stone fireplace, marble and chandeliers in the bathrooms. Cutting... edge tablets to order with. I always make a point to stop at this Wendy's when driving through Kansas on I-70. Read more
Had a great experience at this Wendy?s restaurant. Service was fast on a busy Sunday. We try to stop in Hays as a half way point... between denver and Kansas City. Wendy?s here offers a clean bathroom and good meal. The newly updated location makes it feelquite relaxing after hours on the road with the family. Read more
