Good food. Wait times in the drive thru in the afternoon are awful. The inside is like any other McDonald's.
Decided to swing through at 11 PM last night. We waiting an hour stuck in the drive through. Some teenagers were in the car... ahead of us shouting obsenities and switching drivers and running around the drive through. By the time we got up they hadn'tordered. Then come to find out they are actually banned. To say the least our food was cold by the time we got it and therewas no offer to make it fresh. When asked we received even poorer service and a rude response back. This McDonalds isnotorious for taking long and I'm done. I'll take my business to 47th and Broadway unless owned by the same franchise everagain. Read more
I was in line at the drive thru last night for almost 30 minutes. I spent 15 minutes at the speaker with three cars ahead of me,... multiple cars before them left. The same truck was at the window for almost 20 minutes. The doors were locked at 8PM. We watchedmultiple people try to go in and order. I had myself, my two kids and girlfriend in the car. No one, would answer the speaker,no one was moving , not a thing was happening. Read more
Literally waited 35 min in line for 3 sausage mcmuffins. The easiest thing to make. When I finally got home with them, no... cheese! Just muffin and meat. Horrible place, lousy service. Stay away from this place. Next time I'll go to sonic!! ???? Read more
I know that we were in a pandemic a few years ago. But there is no reason for a multi billion dollar corporation to have a... thirty minute hold time and have rude service. I work in an industry that is dying. But we still have a smile and give the bestservice that we are able to give. All I can say is do better. You have raised your prices and gotten worse. And we as the publicshould not have to deal with both. Read more
Changed from 4 star to 1 star because their service has really tanked. Their accuracy is so abysmal you are guaranteed to have... one or more things missing or incorrect, if not the whole order. And don't even think of coming to here late at night, theyalways have an excuse to send you away without service; be it a cleaning or a glitch that closes them for longer than a fewhours, I've heard them all. The fries are not fresh and hot at this location. Every time I go there. I wish another option was available. I seen them dump... the old fries that were packaged up, back into the batch of fresh fries. Then they mixed them together. Old fries mixed withfresh hot fries doesn't work well. I can't believe that they are aloud to do this. If Wendy's was here in Haysville, McDonald's might be in trouble with low sales. Read more
