The managers are horrible here. They shouldn?t even have a job here. The food is always burnt or the toppings are messed up. The... customer service is the worst to ever exist . I called the other night and got put on hold for a couple minutes. Nobody talkedto me after about 5 minutes so I hung up and called again. They hung up on me. It takes forever to get your food, delivery orjust normal take out. The workers vape in store by the drive thru window and outside in front of the doors. This store shouldn?teven be open. Again and again this location fails. Whether the toppings are all on one side, or the crust is burnt, it's always some nonsense... here. Honestly, just go to 47th and Broadway, they still screw your stuff up, but less frequently than this location and it'sonly like two miles away. Read more
The food is typically always good. The issue is getting what you ordered or all of what you ordered. I can't say for sure, but... the last couple times ordering everything has been spot on and the young lady who seemed to be the manager was Very nice andprofessional. Read more
We ordered 3 'Tastemaker' Large 3 topping Pizzas and were not happy with the food or the resolution when we called the store... after picking it up. The toppings were very skimpy and the crust edge seems to have gotten a lot wider over time. The crust wasbubbling in several parts due to the lack of toppings and the Pepperoni pizza tasted like old grease. We were only allowed a $25online credit on our next order instead of a complete refund even after we only touched 4 slices of this terrible pizza. PizzaHut used to be second-to-none, but over time, I've noticed the quality has gone down even as the price has gone up. I can onlysay that I find Domino's even worse than Pizza Hut but that's not saying much. I'd rather have Marco's or Casey's gas stationPizza than either of those. Read more
This was our 1st delivery order from PH. WOW! It arrived on-time, HOT, the driver was VERY courtous and thoughtful ( she parked... atr the end of our very long driveway so as not to possibly leave any fluid drippings), and the pizza was GREAT! Job well-doneall around! Read more
