Day shift girls were awesome treated fantastic hot fresh food
Multiple people at the counter waiting and we all finally left since staff completely ignored everyone. Avoid at all costs.
A few weeks back they where out of fries and something else that I forgot what it was. Last time was out of eggs. This time... they are out of sausage and waiting on biscuits. I asked for fresh buffalo chicken sliders. They asked me to wait for fresh one. Only to make me fool. They gave me cold bread... and chicken sliders were too hard while eating. It was like chicken sliders were sitting there for long. Horrible lazy service. Read more
Wasn't expecting the best experience from an Arby's attached to a travel stop. This was way beyond what we expected. The... roastbeef was sliced way too thick and wasn't juicy at all. The meat seemed to be randomly tossed in the wrapper. There wasmore off the bun than on it. We also ordered a wrap. It wasn't shaped like a wrap at all. Seemed more folded than wrapped. Once we were able to actually take a bite, it tasted old and funky. I returned it to the counter and asked for a sandwichinstead. I even took a cheaper sandwich even. That sandwich was cold and the bread was hard. Like it had been sitting underthe heat lamp too long. Just a bad experience and lack of care from the staff. Read more
Tables were not clean. Asked to have one cleaned they handed me a cleaning rag. 3 workers standing around I office doing... nothing. No napkins in holder on condiment island. Place complete mess. Read more
Well I must say, these reviews had me checking out Doordash. I was a bit skeptical about going in to this Arby's. I walked in... and it was pretty clean and organized. Honestly, I don't blame them for not putting napkins by the beverage machine. People andtheir kids waist them. They do make sure they put enough in the bag with your food. I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich (1sttime trying it), it was hot and fresh. The bread was fresh and my curly fries were hot and fresh too. OMG...the strawberrylemonade is to die for. I love a good lemonade. Not all lemonades are up to par. Even the staff were pleasant andprofessional...for young people. At least they are working and not out here getting in trouble.
