Very clean store with professional and friendly staff, with Arby?s attached to store that has good food with quick friendly... service. The truck parking lot is laid out pretty good and relatively easy to get into spots. Very unpleasant employee. Tem$%## only got the 1st 3 letters. No personality very rude. Think she needs to get a different job. ... It helps when the store is cleaned up but when the employees are lazy & disrespectful it doesn't make a difference what the... building is like. This Pilots foundation is about to fall apart if they don't open their eyes to a very disrespectful employeeby the name of Tanisha, she doesn't know how to do her job at all, unless her job entitles her to eat pizza & guzzle down sodalike she'll never run out of it! The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. I can tell that they have not been properly cleaned for over 12hrs due to the literal... dried feces in the corner of one of the stalls. This is of course before the smell of standing urine makes you sick. I do notrecommend stopping here; especially if you are needing to take a break and freshen up. This location needs to take some serioushints from the Matthews, MO Flying J and literally clean up there service. Read more
I generally try to stop at bigger chain gas stations . National brands should give confidence of certain level of cleanliness... and standards. Apparently I need to cross Pilot off the stop here list. Store is gross and dirty. Bathrooms are even worse. Toilets and sinks aren't automatic flush or motion activated. Read more
The showers need to be deeply cleaned. Pretty sure I saw mold in mine. But the nastiness of the store doesn't stop there as it... seems the whole store could use a deep clean. It's disappointing to see when so many other Pilot locations are much better keptup. While the employees were somewhat nice I did get the feeling that they couldn't care less about what was going on in thestore. Management really needs to do a better job about teaching customer service and how to properly clean. Read more

Staff is worthless. They all stand around talking. No coffee. No pizza. 1 cashier, line is 8 people deep while everyone just... stands around. I left and went next door. Ill never be back. Read more
