I ordered late in drive trow, asking for fresh made, I understand the waiting, I didn't even leave their parking lot, noticed... everything fresh but the Burger, I went back to drive trow, Manager handing me my money, after taking back my food, without anyrespect, even refused to give me a free drink for what i went through. Two weeks later exactly same thing happened and when I goback to drive trow the same manager, closed the window on me, I go to front door it was closed, and he saw me and turned off theopen sign, and starting to cussed me out. I had to leave the food on the front door. I went back few days later and I spoke tothe day manager she was trying to help me get my money back, but she couldn't because the evening Manager refused. It was only$18, no big deal, but I have to drive few extra miles for different store close by. I still cant believe a person with his title"Manager", could or would acted like that in several instances, but i found out he was also the owner. Just a shame Read more

Ordered a bacon and ham crossn'which in the app. Instead got two bacon. Went in to get it fixed and the woman was very... argumentative and didn't want to fix the issue. It triggered my special needs child and I had to leave to console them. Verydisappointed, this is not how I want to spend my hard earned money. Read more
After being a vegetarian for 10 years I stopped going to BK. I heard that this Burger King had the impossible whopper and... stopped by one the way back from work. At $7, it was pricey but it was a really good burger. It was impossible to tell thedifference from meat. Staff was super friendly and the place was super clean. Read more
Today, I ordered a whopper and made sure that I specifically told the employee that I wanted a whopper and not an impossible... whopper and 2 rodeo burgers. I used the mobile app, but I was charged $4.99 for my whopper when the mobile coupon said $3. WhenI brought this up, I was told that is how it rings up in the system, and I told them that isn't right and they needed to fix it.A different employee came over, gave the same excuse, and then said her boss would fix the system tomorrow and then walked awaywithout resolving the issue. A few minutes later, I was handed my food, and I drove home. The first bite into my whopper, and Iknew that it wasn't a whopper it was an impossible whopper. I fecustomers mouthsel like because I protested being overcharged, Iwas punished with a sub-par burger. This is not the first time this location has overcharged me, nor is it the first time theyhave substituted the undesirable impossible whopper for the whopper I've ordered.
