The employees all seem like they?d rather be ANYWHERE else lol. I don?t expect much from a franchise/fast food place but this... was almost laughably disappointing. They were also out of two different items we wanted. And the bathrooms + half of therestaurant was closed off. The only reason I give more than one star is that the food, coffee, and doughnuts were good andreasonably fresh. Not so good in every other way. Read more
Long time regular customer. For the most part, love the staff. But my issue is this: the machine that puts the pre-determined... amount of cream in the coffee has been out of service for weeks! Employees must add it by hand, leading to very inconsistentquality of the product. What is wrong with the people who run this Dunkin?? There is no excuse for not replacing, or fixing,the cream machine on a timely basis. Get it together! Read more

Great place for doughnuts! I go here NOT ONLY for their doughnuts but this place also serves Real Food unlike Krispy Kreme who... only serves you Donuts & coffee and not much else which gets old real quick. People want to go to places where they couldbuy not only the specific item they wanted but also a myriad of other things like bagel sandwiches or croissant sandwichesfilled with sausage patties with the works and never only doughnuts which Krispy Kreme can never do. I'm pretty disappointed that this location, unlike the one in Fremont or Half Moon Bay for example, stills does not allow you to... eat your donut indoors. We had to go out and sit on the sidewalk next to our car. They do not even have tables outside even ifthey have ample space for them. This is not the experience I'm looking for when going to a place that serves coffee and donuts.Still, the "Bavarian" style donuts are the best donuts you can buy in the U.S. according to my experience so far. (update)Had to come back for more yummy donuts. They didn't have a lot of selections on my last visit since it was 8pm. Today... was a total opposite. There were so many delectable donuts to choose from. A huge shout out to Cheyenne, the manager. She wasfantastic!!!Super nice and friendly!! I was looking for an apple-filled donut. They didn't have any that day, but she said ifthey did she would make them as french toast. Wow! That show's a lot of creativity. I may take her up on her suggestion andmake it next time when they have apple-filled donuts. Tommy was super friendly too. With this type of customer service, I'lldefinitely be a repeat customer!! (3 days ago) Knew about this new location before it was built. It just opened on Dec 2019. Decided to stop at night-time to check it out. First of all, I gotta say, the lead front end manager was wonderful!Unfortunately, I didn't catch her name, but she was friendly, informative and helpful. Not only can u get yummy donuts here,they have bagels, croissant sandwiches and wraps. They also have coffees such as nitro and cold brew, iced tee and otherdrinks on tap. There is even a mobile app to order in advance. Definitely a cool place to work with wifi and many seats. Plus,there is a parking lot for easy parking. Read more
Have been to this Dunkin Donuts on many occasions and the service & quality has gone way down since they opened. Ordered a bagel... with extra cream cheese through Door Dash SEVERAL times and cream cheese only on one side of the bagel and doesn't even coverone side. The coffee is never made the same way & today the coffee is undrinkable. Tastes nasty & the French Vanilla was notadded. Tried to call & speak to the manager but no one answered the phone after many attempts. Was a loyal customer (that's whyI kept ordering), however, will not return!!! Its STARBUCKS for me now!!
