They have some good burgers here. You can customize your burger with any amount of toppings as you like. They also give you a... lot of fries for a large size it?s supper sized. We've come here many times. But today 9-27-21 was different. I ordered my burger first than the rest. All they put on my was... ketchup & bbq sauce which are the last 2 items under #1 on my receipt. I had to come home & put mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, relish& onions on mine. I just happened to have it all. The 2nd thing was the medium fries, they were way too salty. They couldalways have salt packets for those who need more salt. 1-25-2022 since then we went back, reluctantly, to the same Five Guyslocation & it was just the opposite. First off I want to say this is a great 5 guys restaurant. The crew that works there really cares and do a great job, so hats... off to you guys???????????? The food they made was delicious and you can tell it's all fresh food not frozen junk. The dude atthe register was super nice but not cheesy, a cool dude. He helped my mom out and was extremely patient because she had neverbeen to a 5 guys before, let alone eat beef. Overall a great burger and a great team at this location. My son likes Five Guys burgers, we used to like in and out but when the patties get smaller until we have to ask ?where?s the... beef?, then we started to move to Burger King, flame broiled and we could see the meat. We don?t eat burgers often, once a weekat the most, so we prefer what tastes the best regardless of prices. Yes, 5 guys regular burgers are $9 here, but it?s worth themoney, quite tasty, moist, the cheese do melt, we get everything on it with the same price. The fries is excellent and tastywithout using ketchup or anything like that. I can have all types of sodas, especially Dr. Pepper cherry flavor. While we?rewaiting for our food to cook, we have salted roasted peanuts for appetizer LOL, quite crunchy and good. I?m glad we have thisone close by, better than the one in Fremont, a little way away. Costco is in the same center, which I could fill up the gasafterwards. Much better experience ordering at the counter compared to online orders. Customer service is friendly and courteous. I was... pleasantly surprised. Went here at 5pm on a Wednesday. Must have been earlier than their rush hour because there wasn't too manypeople there at that time and I got my food in good time. Read more
