Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed in this IHOP. I've been coming here for years and the service has never been so bad. (It... wasn't the greatest before but tolerable). The energy of the workers from the hostess to the waiter could be better. A fakesmile sure, but everything else, wack. Claudio my waiter started off promising but then after asking for warm syrup (nicely) ittook over 10 minutes to get the syrup back. During the time Claudio has rushed past me several times not making eye contact andacting like he couldn't hear me calling his name until I had to almost shout it across the space. Absolutely ridiculous. I willnot be coming here again. This was enough. I am usually a generous tipper but after that service and an upcharge on my bill,tipping was unnecessary, and that's not even how I like to roll!!! I just want a breakfast place where I feel welcomed and canget good tasting food, with reasonable prices. Read more

I called to order breakfast, I understand that their quite busy and whenever you answer the... phone of any business proper etiquette is to say hello not slam phone on counter and not pick it back up CORRECT!?!?!? STILL ONPHONE 18 MINUTES AND COUNTING... WHILE THE PHONE NEXT TO THIS CONTINUES TO RING!!!!!! I'M DONE. Now hanging up after 27 minutesbecause this can only go bad from here???? Read more
The first pancake was great. The second was bland and dull. Like eating boiled sandpaper. The bacon was so raw I thought I heard... it oink. The eggs were vegan, I know because I am vegan. But this was supposed to be my cheat day. I don?t wanna eat vegan allweek! I got a Shirley temple and I didn?t get a cherry. My son (8m) hates whipped cream so I ordered him a pancake and it camewith whip cream. I am never coming back! Read more
I came here last night and saw the servers on point, so I assumed it was just a VERY GOOD evening crew. I went back for... breakfast and these servers at the IHOP are moving and I haven't seen a customer forgotten, yet. Very clean! I saw the serverimmediately bus the table and use sanitizing cleaning supply. These servers understand people. One of the best (If not the best)IHOP in the Bay Area. Read more

My experience was great! I happened to beat the Evening dinner rush by getting there between 4-5, all while taking advantage of... their IHOP HOPPY HOUR which is M-F 3-8pm. It was my first time trying it, and it was good and only $6, can't beat it! I orderedthe breakfast and added a side of pancakes, hit the spot! My waitress was great as well. Read more
