Food is usually 7-8 out of 10 but 50% of the time they don?t give u all the order so need to Double check. Got home several... times and someone?s item was missed. The only reason i?m rating is because the customer service is the worse. II went to the drive thru . &&? Asked for a number 11 combo or 10 it was one of those II forgot . But it was a homestyle ranch... chicken club combo . No tomatoes . No lettuce . &&? No cheese . But bacon , ranch sauce , &&? Bread , &&? Chicken only of course! A size medium . Read the screen , &&? It said ? only ranch sauce , plain ? . II didnt say anythin about the sandwich being ?plain ? lol . Got to the window . Lady handed me the bag . But when II got to the window . II told her specifically to make surethe sandwich had only ranch sauce , bacon , &&? The chicken , &&? Bread . The only part of the order that was correct was themilkshake . The sandwich had cheese on it with no bacon ??????????? . &&? Gave me a small frie . Asked for more ranch , onlygave me three . It just doesnt make sense how some employees choose to work . I love Jack however the jack in the box located on Stevenson Blvd, Fremont, California was my worst experience ever! They gave... us old dried out microwaved (Sourdough Jacks) to dried out to eat, when confronted they were rude and denied they microwaved theold dried out burgers. Read more
The manager Isabel is very rude and disrespectful at the drive thru she treats her employees really bad I was at the drive thru... and she was screaming at one of her employees not only that they have rats in there I was there and I seeing a rat runningaround I really don?t recommend nobody going there. Really bad service and there rats just a no hopefully inspection gets to seethat and closes the whole restaurant. Read more

Ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget meal.. I only got 9 + 1 surprise... will attach a photo. If I wanted to just go in on my... nuggets... probably would have burned my mouth lol. Would have given it a 1 had my Kids meals not been ok.. Read more
System reboot at 4:37? Won't let me wait by the intercom. I have to wait in the parking lot because "she has a camera," whatever... that means. So I waited 15 minutes in the parking lot and proceeded to order. Tried to get triple cheese & bacon loaded friesbut without the bacon. They said they can't do that. I had it customized in the morning at a different location but I guess thislocation doesn't do that. Welp, got my food but the box is only half full. Maybe they take the leftover food home after work sothey're extra stingy. Read more
