I got a spicy chicken sandwich the other day and it was pretty cold and the lettuce was more brown than green. After eating what... I could I got what appeared to be food poisoning and had a major stomach pain but what really put me off was that I saw a roachon the floor as I was picking up my food. Not going back. 1) Too long a wait when at the speaker (4-5 minutes) 2) Overcharging. I wanted a croissant with added egg and... cheese. He instead chose to do. #22, take out sausage, ADD egg white/cracked egg? it already has egg!!! 3) Stressed manager atwindow handing out orders doesn?t attempt to listen. The manager at window repeated ?that?s everything boss? multiple timesinstead of hearing to what I wanted (sauce & condiments). 4) Still gets order wrong. Yay! Horrible service at night. This place never disappointed me but it?s lost its value over the years. To start off, before we... could even order, the person taking our order said that they weren?t doing drinks. Okay fine, no big deal, then she rushed totake our orders. We waited almost 20 mins to get our 3 chicken sandwiches after paying. Only to find out that the order wasentirely messed, instead of 3 chicken sandwiches, we received 2 beef burgers and only 1 sandwich. Very off putting. Read more
