The manager at this location is very rude. She messed up my order and acted like I was lying wouldn?t even listen to me and... ignored me and told me go around me and come inside. She gave regular fries instead of curly and tried to charge me more for thecurly fries. She never gave me a receipt when I first paid for my order and the receipt she showed me was printed almost 6minutes after I had already received my order. It was literally printed when I walked In. I know for a fact that order had beenchanged on the receipt because on the drive thru order screen it said curly fries for both meal combos. When I first walked into fix my order she ignored me for two minutes never even apologized. Had an attitude and raised her voice at me prompting me toyell to. Would give it no stars if I could. I order the ultimate cheese burger just the sandwich and Claudia (person who took my order, through the drive through) started... laughing at me because I mispronounced it. English is my third language and I do have an accent when I speak English but I don'tthink people should be laughing at me because of it or mispronounciation. My chicken sandwich meat was rattan and Stinky, I called multiple times and no one answered my call so I decided to go to the... store to get a refund, the ?manager Marias? was rude and told me that what I was saying was a lie. So she started arguing withme. I told her that if I get sick from the bad chicken they will be responsible for my medical bills. This store is always Dirtyand unfriendly. Never again. My first experience at jack in the box in hayward was great. The food was good I went there yesterday and got a small jumbo jack... burger combo with french fries and a small grape powerade. It was good too, the people were nice I got to sit down and eatinside which I am proud of. At first, my family want to use some coupons they mailed to our place. However, the assitant said we can only use one though we... have 3 people in total. It is fine, we can follow your rule. Visited this Jack In the Box on a Sunday afternoon and there drive thru was busy. I had to wait for a bit to get my order taken... by the cashier inside the restaurant, but it wasn't too much of a wait. Food was prepared good and food was hot so ???? There isan plenty of room for out door seating compared to the dinning area inside. This location is near Chabot College and I feel likethis place gets real busy during school days. Read more
Best tasting burger I tasted in a long time. I just had a bad experience with Uber they sent my food to the wrong address. Then... door dash saved the day. The food was warm, fresh and delicious. This service really made up for the bad morning I had. I?m sograteful thanks. Read more
