I ordered the chicken teriyaki bowl at around 1:20pm and this was the best I have had! Totally fresh and perfectly sliced size... chicken, thanks- I ride thru on my bike commute this helped me tremendously today and it was really good-right on time thanksagain also great service and clean atmosphere all together ten stars ladies I have also come by in a pinch to grab a breakfastsandwich always fresh dude you all never let me down ;) Read more
The food is good, but prices have gone up and this location is always slow in the a.m. They could really use more staffing... cooking or something it is supposed to be fast food. Read more
My family and I stopped by to grab early breakfast before arriving at SFO. I found thru my maps that there was a Jack in the Box... on our route. It was about 3:30am what we drove up. I was immediately told y the drive-thru crew member that they were closed. Iasked aren't you open 24 hrs?She said again she was closed. I then asked for how long? The crew member responded with 10minutes. I waited about 13 mins, and said "Hello". No answer, so I left. That's awful service. I don't recommend this locationas they are not reliable. Read more
4th car in line pulling up. After 15 minutes, I was car number 3 in the drive thru. This isn't even a drive thru, it's more of a... parking lot how long you sit there waiting for the car in front of you to move. It's almost like they wait for you to pay in thedrive thru, then start making your food or something. Read more
Somehow when we went through the drive-thru. They said they didn't take credit cards or debit. That you would have to come... inside unless you had cash you can go through the drive-thru. We went inside we were in there for like 30 minutes. They placedour food there on the counter and other people's food and did not call it. The staff was rude and we will not be returningthere. I like to go somewhere where everything is respected and I don't have to wait for my food. You place my food up on thecounter. But you don't call me to come and pick up my food. My husband has to go up there to the counter and say hey where's ourfood we only ordered some nuggets and a drink. It doesn't take that long for there. We looked in our order was sitting there bythe warmer where they called your food. I was a little bit disappointed. Will not be returning there again. Read more
Had to send burger back because it was two sloppy and I got mustard all over my pants. 2nd burger was perfectly fine.
Best jack i the box experience i can remember. The staff is polite and no problem with getting a LITTLE extra sauce. Two thumbs... way up for that! Read more
