Don't come here unless you got an hour n a half to wait on picking your pizza up. Jesus Christ. Had I paid, I would have gotten... my refund, went killed some animals, made pepperoni, grown my own wheat/grain, harvested it, rolled it into flat dough, puteverything on there and made my own pizza. Ordered 2x20" pizza last night. Whoever delivered them left it outside by the front door and did not even ring the doorbell. I... went outside to check and saw the neighborhood stray cats enjoying them. There was no point in complaining, since I already hada 'discussion' with Dominick during ordering. Don't waste your time. I'd give it 0-stars if I could. The delivery person ignored the whole "contactless delivery" and helped... himself to steal my Sunglasses while he was looking through the warehouse (came through the back door not the front like anormal person). Tried to act like he didn't know there was a front door (clearly visible from the back). Called to complainabout it and haven't heard back from their manager who is apparently never there. UPDATE to Response: So, after brushing me offwhen I tried to keep it offline by contacting the store directly, you're now asking me to do more work to tell you how bad yourstore is to end the exact same way? I called in my order well in advance. I was told it would be ready in 30mins. I showed up 40 mins later and after I paid, the... cashier said" one second let me find it for you" After looking around and then walking to the back, (which I noticed him askingthe lady in the back) he came back out and said" oh your order will be ready in 7 mins" I let him know that I did not have timeto wait as I was on limited time due to my lunch break, that was why I called in my order. He very rudely replied" I said itwill be ready in 7 mins" At this point I got irritated, not only because he was asking me to wait even longer but that he actedlike it was my fault for being on a time schedule. I simply asked for a refund. They begrudgedly gave me my refund and I left.Not only did this make me late but I had to order Door Dash because I had to go back to work. On a side note, I would not eathere in the future, their cabinets were filthy, disorganized and none of the employees were wearing masks. I'm not too caughtup on the no masks but I think it is required for indoor spaces currently. Especially if you are serving food or preparing food.I'm not surprised, the entire staff there seemed High on Mary Jane. I could smell it on them. Find another mountain mikes, thisone sucks. Hayward Industrial location is by far the worst Mt. Mikes. I have ordered from here at least on five different occasions. All... the times was below satisfactory. I tried several times hoping that it would get better. However it just seamed to get worse.From the service to the actual pizza. Who ever heard of a 1/4? thick sauce on a pizza. I love Mt. Mike?s but this location isterrible. I even happened to go by and seen a supervisor or manager smoking out in the front of the store. Terrible service. Badpie?s. Read more
Pretty decent pizza. A chain, so nothing in particular to make it stand out. Pizza thickness was about average (not deep dish... but not a foldable flat bread either) and the quality of ingredients was good. Nice to have a fallback close to home. Read more
Jermiah was very very kind to me the moment I stepped in the building. He saw that I was missing my credit card at home and... decided to come out of his own pockets to pay for my pizza. I can see just off of how he Carries himself he is a veryrespectful, hard working, and also! VERY FUNNY young man. Please. Give the hard working man a raise. Read more
