If you are in a time crunch, don't come here. It takes 15 min to get through the drive through almost every time I've come.... Also, beware of special orders. I told them I couldn't have sugar so I ordered chai tea bags with soy milk unsweetened, Iconfirmed with them that it didn't have sugar, they assured me that it didn't, (the barista was almost annoyed that I asked hermore than once to make sure it was sugar free), and then drink I received --- had sugar syrup in it. Neutral experience. The line is long inside and in drive thru but if people are ordering drinks that take a couple of minutes to... make then dont complain. If you want a quick drink then order plain coffee from next door. Other then that the bathrooms areclean and so is the inside. The parking lot can get a bit hectic. It is in a busy area. Read more

I?m writing this as I sit in the drive thru I?m barely past the order menu and it?s been literally 30 minutes already waiting in... line and still have it looks like 20 or more minutes to wait. This Starbucks is extremely slow. It should not take an hour toget a coffee. And once your in the line your stuck there?s no way to get out so now I have to wait. We are a regular costumer of this branch of starbucks . We have been going here almost everyday for the last 1 1/2 years. We... enjoyed their services before. BUT for the last few months. We observed that their services has declined, most of the time theylack basic or major ingredients....no whip cream, no crunch for the caramel ribbon crunch or sometimes they don't have yourfavorite drinks ???? But today is the worst my friend and I ordered 2 Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frapp, Venti, with extra carameland whip cream and one of the 2 orders will be having an extra crunch. We kept on reaping our orders and we asked them if theyfor our orders correctly ...and they said yes....so when we went to the counter...we got only one order. That's fine at firstcoz we can pay for another one and wait for it to be prepared. So we paid for the 2nd Frapp. So we thought we just have to waitat the counter or in the parking lot and have our drinks delivered. But they want us to get it inside the store. My friend saidwhy should we the one to get it from the inside when they were the ones who messed up the order...then one of the staff said..you are 2, meaning my friend and I equals 2 , so they RUDELY SUGGESTED that one of us should get our order inside...We got sofurious ???? ???? and we thought that starbucks are known to be a very friendly place and they value their customers by givingthe best quality customer ???? service they can give....but NO their rudeness continued when I got our 2nd Frapp inside ,instead of apologizing to us....they justified what they did was correct that we made the mistake in order just one Frapp....nowI was really so irritated and asked for the manager ,Brandy they said that she is inside the office. I cannot waste my time withthese rude staffs because I Need to go to work. So I decided to put my feedback here. So what's happening to world classcustomer service in Starbuck. I?m in this morning to get a regular coffee it took me 15 minutes to get a regular coffee. The lady taking my order was very... nice. But she was so busy that she could hardly take one second to notice that she had not gotten my coffee. All I wanted was anormal cup of Joe. But what I got was a cup of lag.
